Enroll in the Breast Health Club! 

Members of the Breast Health Club receive monthly reminders in the mail to do their self-exam. The monthly post cards include information on topics such as cancer fighting foods, how to perform a self-exam, and local events / workshops on topics relating to breast health.  Call 517-367-2468 ext. 2008 and talk to Sarah about enrolling. Risk Factors  
One of the first steps towards breast health is understanding the risk factors for breast cancer. Visit the Risk Factors page to learn about environmental and personal factors. 

Early Detection   
When breast cancer is caught in it's earliest stage, 95% of women are healthy and disease free after 5 years. Topics covered in this section include breast self-exams, clinical breast exams, and mammograms.
