The Allen Neighborhood Center and its Hunter Park Community GardenHouse are sponsoring Build a Backyard Greenhouse workshops, where neighbors from the Lansing area have the opportunity to get together and BUILD. A skilled instructor will be modeling and guiding participants in the construction of 10’ X 14’ greenhouses.

Come learn valuable skills, meet neighbors, and explore the idea of building your own produce department— custom sized for your backyard! Bring saws, power drill, measuring tape, safety glasses, framing squares if you have them! The same workshop will be offered on two different dates:
Sunday, August 30th, 2PM-5PM
Hunter Park, 432 Clifford St off Kalamazoo St (near the GardenHouse)
