Friday, May 9th 1-3PM at the Allen Market Place

Offered in partnership with the Capital Region Small Business Development Center, this free course will focus on practical applications of marketing concepts and basic tools, including: market analysis and research, target marketing, assessing competitors, and key marketing implementation tools. A strategic, well-planned approach to marketing is demonstrated, with several examples of effective hands-on techniques for food businesses.
