ANC COOKING WORKSHOP
August 31st 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Peruvian Pollo Saltado with Chef Jose
$45 per person

Learn from Chef Jose, of Tantay, as we prepare Peruvian cuisine, and then take a seat at a wonderfully set table, where we can get to know each other and learn about Peru! This workshop will walk you through the steps of preparing Pollo Saltado, or “Jumping Chicken,” a Peruvian staple that pays tribute to a great Asian migration in Peru in the 19th Century. This dish uses wok stir fry techniques set against a vibrant cast of South American Ingredients.

In the ancient language of the Incas, Tantay means “to join together.” Let’s cook, sit together and eat!
