We are always looking for volunteers to work with our many programs and in our office. Volunteers can get involved with all of our programs:

  • Hunter Park GardenHouse
  • Neighborhood Canvassing
  • Allen Street Farmers Market
  • Youth Service Corps
  • Bread Basket
  • Take Root Garden Club
  • Senior Coffee

To become a volunteer at ANC, complete the volunteer forms below and return them to the ANC Volunteer Coordinator.

Internship Opportunities

ANC offers an outstanding opportunity for students to increase their knowledge of community resources, view social justice issues first-hand and hone their communication skills with a diverse population. We are happy to offer credit/non-credit positions for student interns.

To become an intern at ANC, complete the internship application forms below and return them with a resume and cover letter to the ANC Volunteer Coordinator.

Individual Volunteers (Non-Court Appointed): please download, print, and complete the following forms:Volunteer Form (PDF) and Background Check Consent (PDF).

Court Appointed Community Service: please download, print and complete the following forms: Community Service Form (PDF) and Background Check Consent (PDF).

Internship Applicants: please download, print and complete the following forms: Internship Application (PDF) and Background Check Consent (PDF). All internship applicants should also provide a cover letter and resume with the completed forms.

Volunteer Groups: Group Coordinators should download, print and complete a Group Application Form (PDF) and turn it in into our Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible. For more information on volunteer opportunities for groups, please contact Kristina Adair at 517-999-3919.
