2026 Allen Farmers Market Summer Season

Join us at the Allen Farmers Market every Wednesday from 3 - 6:30 pm for seasonal produce, artisan baked goods, gluten-free baked goods, pasture raised eggs, local meat and fish, delectable cheeses, locally roasted coffee, dry beans, hot and ready-to-eat foods, and fun activities. In the summertime you can find over 25 food vendors in the side parking lot under the mural on Shepard and Kalamazoo Street, as well as the GreatRoom, at address 1629 E Kalamazoo, through the red double doors or side door on the mural side of the building.

It’s more important than ever to buy your groceries from local sources. Our supply chains for food are vulnerable and your support of the local food system helps strengthen it, while ensuring quality in taste.

All of our vendors accept cash transactions, or you can visit our Market Bank to swipe a debit/credit card or SNAP/EBT card in exchange for tokens to be spent with participating vendors. Fun fact, in 2005, the Allen Farmers Market became the first farmers market in Michigan to accept SNAP/EBT.

UPDATE ON DOUBLE UP FOOD BUCKS AS OF 8/19/26:

Double Up Food Bucks (DUFB) will match your SNAP purchase up to $50 per day. Meaning, if you charge your SNAP/EBT card at the Market Bank for $50, you will receive $50 in DUFB tokens as well. DUFB tokens are accepted with produce purchases only and there is no expiration on the tokens you receive. To learn more visit: https://doubleupfoodbucks.org/

Our market has always supported local, good food, but also has strong roots in having fun and providing a sense of place and belonging. We hope you will make it a habit to stop by the Allen Farmers Market on Wednesdays between 3 – 6:30PM and find community at the Market!

Don't forget to sign up for the Market Alert to have access to the most up to date vendor schedule and their offerings.

Our 2026 -2027 Fall/Winter Season Applications are Live Now!

The Fall/Winter Season is from November 4, 2026 - May 5, 2027, every Wednesday, 3 - 6:30PM, with the exception of being closed on December 23, December 30, & January 6.

As a year-round farmers market, we are grateful to offer local foods to our community no matter the season. However, due to going fully indoors during the colder months, we are forced to decrease the amount of vendors we can offer a regular booth space to. If we are unable to accept your submission for the indoor season, please apply again for the summer market season!

If you are more interested in joining us in the summer season(s), please feel free to fill out an application to add to the tail end of the 2026 summer season and/or you will be placed on the list of potential candidates to send our 2027 Summer Season Applications to come January/February 2027!
