Joe Enerson is the Executive Director at Allen Neighborhood Center. Before becoming the Executive Director in 2022, Joe served as the Business and Finance Director at the Neighborhood Center for five years, overseeing day to day financial operations as well as the creation of Allen Place.

Joe has over ten years of nonprofit and business consulting experience. Joe volunteered at ANC as part of a community economic development class at MSU, where he canvassed the neighborhood and administered emergency food surveys.

Joe has lived on the Eastside in a few different houses and apartments since his time at MSU. When he’s not working at ANC, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife Mary and their son Robert and their two dogs, Scout and Dill. Joe also enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening at home.
