Chef Joe Cesario of Cesario Family Foods and San Fili Meats will be bringing his expertise in Italian food and cooking to lead this workshop to make autumnal carrot-filled ravioli. Chef Joe’s family, originally from San Fili, Italy, owned and operated an Italian deli for over two decades, and he now sells his own salt-cured meats and fresh sausages with these traditional recipes.

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
