Allen NeighborhoodCenter will be offering ServSafe, a national certification program for thoseworking in food service, specifically managers and leaders. ServSafe teachesabout foodborne illness, how to prevent it and how to train employees about thelatest food safety issues. The ServSafe Manager course uses proven techniques,provides new Food & Drug Administration food code rules and content relatedto the food industry.
