Chef Meghesh Pansari is a self-started chef and owner of Kahani Hospitality, LLC. He has worked his way through kitchens in New York and has operated as both a restaurant owner and executive chef, before heading back to the Lansing area to serve up his expertise to ANC’s neighbors. In this workshop, he’ll be teaching you dishes inspired by those he’d find in his aunt’s Indian household growing up; chickpea curry and chicken makhani. There will be a vegan option for this class!
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
If you have any questions about the class or dietary concerns, contact Abie Kopacz at events@allenneighborhoodcenter.org or 517-999-3921 before the start of class.
