Chef Shirley Boucha of Nasi & Mee will be joining us in the Maker Kitchen for a workshop on spring rolls! Nasi & Mee is Shirley’s Malaysian food concept operating out of ANC’s Incubator Kitchen Program. You’ve probably seen her at the farmers market! Chef will be teaching us how to craft fillings and the techniques needed for rolling and frying up spring rolls.
Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
