N a Zhang, owner of Hong Kong Restaurant will be teaching this family tradition. The Chinese New Year is always a cause for celebrations and at the center of those festivites is dumpling making. Learn some traditional fillings, how to make your own dough, and different cooking methods!

Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for working in the kitchen. If you hair is shoulder length or longer, please make sure it is tied up.
