Join Matt and Jessica as we utilize rutabagas in some fall inspired dishes.

Rutabagas are a hybrid of cabbage and turnips that grows very well in Michigan climate. They have been used in European cooking for centuries and often time sin iconic holiday dishes. They’re large size and tough demeanor has earned them a bit a polarizing position in the vegetable community. We hope to ease that stress by giving you some inspiration to utilize your fall bounty this year!

P lease make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for working in the kitchen. If you hair is shoulder length or longer, please make sure it is tied up.
