Allen Neighborhood Center is offering a Culinary 101 Training program for aspiring and novice workers in the restaurant industry looking to expand their skills. This eight-week program covers the rules and responsibilities in the kitchen, an introduction to kitchen stations, food prep, knife skills, and associated soft skills. It is taught through a mix of hands-on and classroom study. Included in this course is the food safety training and examination for Servsafe Food Protection Manager, at no cost.
