Dine & Discovery Series: Chile Rellenos with Chef Lorinda Torrez of G3FOOD4ALL

Join Chef Lorinda Torrez of G3FOOD4ALL in this workshop to make a classic latin plate, picadillo chile rellenos, or fried stuffed peppers. This Spanish-Mexican fusion dish originated in Puebla, Mexico around 500 years ago using poblano peppers, which grew wild in the area. Linda, who specializes in dairy- and gluten-free dishes from her culinary background in Italian and Latin foods, is passionate about feeding her community. There will be options to make this dish dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.
