Na Zhang, owner of Hong Kong Restaurant will be teaching this family favourite. A dish always made before the new year and one of the most welcoming starters on the table. Make two classic fillings and learn multiple fold techniques for dumplings. And don’t forget about the soup wontons that will liven up your hot and sour soup you’ll be making!
Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for working in the kitchen. If you hair is shoulder length or longer, please make sure it is tied up.
