We’re excited to have Joe Cesario, Owner of Cesario Family Foods and San Fili Meats, bring his expertise in Italian foods to our teaching kitchen. We’ll be working with a family favourite, Gnocchi! These potato dumpling have been versatile component of a cozy dinner table. From traditional red sauces to creamy bases, we see gnocchi become a staple in cuisine outside of Italy. Joe will take a contemporary approach and teach a sauce utilizing browned miso butter and blanched greens!

Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for working in the kitchen. If you hair is shoulder length or longer, please make sure it is tied up.
