Na Zhang, owner of Hong Kong Restaurant will be teaching the techniques for making Mapo Tofu. This dish, despite its interesting name, has long been associated with the city of Chengdu. It utilizes many of the traditional Sichuan seasonings that make food from this regionso popular. Learn what makes Mapo stand out and what you’ll need to utilize to make these flavours come to life!

Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for working in the kitchen. If you hair is shoulder length or longer, please make sure it is tied up.
