Learn from Chef Chelsea, of Tantay, as we prepare Peruvian cuisine, and then take a seat at a wonderfully set table, where we can get to know each other and learn about Peruvian cuisine! This workshop will walk you through the steps of preparing Pollo Saltado, or “Jumping Chicken,” a Peruvian staple that pays tribute to a great Asian migration in Peru in the 19th Century. This dish uses wok stir fry techniques set against a vibrant cast of South American Ingredients.
Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for working in the kitchen. If you hair is shoulder length or longer, please make sure it is tied up.
