Allen Neighborhood Center will be offering ServSafe Food Protection Manager course, a nationalcertification program for those working in food service, specifically managersand leaders. ServSafe teaches about foodborne illness, how to prevent it andhow to train employees about the latest food safety issues. The ServSafeManager course uses proven techniques, provides new Food & DrugAdministration food code rules and content related to the food industry.

This eight-hour course provides participants with the education tosuccessfully pass the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam.
