Na Zhang, owner of Hong Kong Restaurant will be teaching the techniques for Stir-fried Green Beans. This dish originated in Sichuan province during the Qing Dynasty. It very easy to prepare once you know all about the ingredients and has become a family staple as one of the most popular Sichuan dishes in China. Green Beans have been a wonderful source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K.
Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for working in the kitchen. If you hair is shoulder length or longer, please make sure it is tied up.
