Na Zhang, owner of Hong Kong Restaurant will be teaching the process of making Bao Zi, the Chinese Steam Bun. She’ll talk about the everyday ingredients that when handled correctly create a fluffy and unique texture. After the buns are rising, you’ll work on a traditional filling, practice common fold techniques and how to make pancake variants from your dough! We’ll join together at the chef’s table and discuss alternative filling possibilities and sauces.

P lease make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for working in the kitchen. If you hair is shoulder length or longer, please make sure it is tied up.
