Our licensed kitchens, “The Maker Kitchen, Powered by Lake Trust” and Wash-Pack Kitchen, are versatile commercial kitchens that can accommodate a wide variety of interests and needs. Our Incubator and Accelerator Kitchens are programmatic, and our Makers follow a curriculum with goals, milestones, professional development requirements and objectives for growing food businesses to move out of our program into their own operations. Enrollment in our Incubator Kitchen Program provides many services and benefits, including:
- Opportunities for farmers and entrepreneurs to develop value-added food businesses and build client bases
- Commercial facilities and materials to prepare meals or products for sale, or before special events
- An extensive curriculum designed to grow food businesses out of our program through goal setting, participation requirements, professional development opportunities and more!
